Utkala Sanskriti Mahotsav @2626 is a vibrant celebration of Odisha’s rich cultural heritage, bringing together art, tradition, and talent under one grand platform. Organised by Pravasi Odia Vikas Samiti (POVS), the Mahotsav features a diverse lineup of competitions, including Chitranjali 2026 – Annual Painting Competition, Pravasi Odia Handishala, and Pravasi Odia Pratibha Kaushala (Talent Hunt), offering participants an opportunity to showcase their creativity, culinary skills, and performing arts.
